Message from the Board of Directors

Over the past 20 years, the River Run subdivision has grown into a vibrant and well-established neighborhood, valued for its natural beauty, strong sense of community, and steadily increasing property values. With the majority of lots now developed and homes completed, our focus is shifting from new construction to preserving the character and quality of our neighborhood.

The River Run Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to protect the interests of the community, maintain common areas, enforce governing documents, and enhance property values for all homeowners. The Board of Directors, elected by the community, is responsible for overseeing the operation, management, and long-term planning of the subdivision. This includes budgeting, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the bylaws and covenants that guide our community’s development and upkeep.

Additionally, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) plays a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic standards of River Run. The ACC is tasked with reviewing and approving requests for exterior modifications, new construction, and other improvements to ensure consistency with the community's architectural guidelines.

As we continue into this new phase of neighborhood maturity, your involvement and cooperation remain essential to preserving what makes River Run such a desirable place to live.
